The Discover TOURING MAP is the major in-print promotional vehicle for Discover Atherton Tablelands. It is designed to create awareness and interest in the destination and encourage visitors to extend their length of stay.

The TOURING MAP targets information centres, car rental companies, accommodation tour desks, attractions, caravan and camping shows and direct letterbox distribution. The map’s distribution goes beyond the TNQ region, targeting pre-arrivals.

The interactive online DISCOVER DIGITAL MAGAZINE (which supports the campaign activity around the TOURING MAP) is the only visitor guide that showcases our destination with comprehensive travel editorial, images and video content.

Tourism Atherton Tablelands is will be running a social media campaign during early December targeted at the Townsville drive market. There is an opportunity for 5 members to buy into this campaign at $500 plus GST. This campaign will be underpinned with support from Tourism Atherton Tablelands.

The Discover TOURING MAP is a major in-print promotional vehicle for Discover Atherton Tablelands.

The Touring Map is designed to create awareness and interest in the destination and encourage visitors to extend their length of stay and leverages from the very popular visitors guide, Discover Atherton Tablelands.

The Touring Map targets the pre-arrival market through distribution to high-traffic visitor information centres, car rental companies, accommodation tour desks, attractions, caravan and camping shows and direct letterbox distribution.

  • 98,000 allocated to a direct mailbox distribution to Townsville and Mackay
